UnLtd India serves as a canvas for early-stage social entrepreneurs in India to nurture their ideas and grow as true artists of change. We find and support entrepreneurial individuals with passion to bring about long-lasting solutions to pressing problems in India. To bring their ideas to life, our Incubation Program provides one-on-one coaching, access to mentors and funders, and peer learning.

UnLtd India Incubation Program

At the core of our Incubation Program are early-stage social entrepreneurs. We provide our social entrepreneurs with opportunities to maximise their potential as leaders, accelerate the growth of their organisations and deliver high-impact.

Our Incubation Program is divided into 3 levels based on how far the solution has been developed. We help you amplify your work through stage-appropriate coaching and inputs.

Eligibility Criteria

• You are a Founder of an early – stage NGO, committed to growing your organisation for social change.
• You need to be an Indian Citizen above 18 years of age.
• You need to be the Founder/Co-Founder of an NGO, registered on or after 1st April 2017.
• The organisation should be legally registered as any one of the following:
  • Section 8 Company
  • Trust
  • Society

• As on date of application, the NGO must have valid 12A & 80G certifications.
• You must be working full-time or if part-time, upwards of 3 days a week.
• Your organisation should have a strong focus on measurable social impact.

Selection Criteria

• Individual – We look for individuals who exhibit entrepreneurial characteristics, an unwavering commitment to social change and the ability to garner resources to support their work.
• Innovative Idea – We look for innovative ideas that are focused solutions to fit specific social problems, address an unmet need or under-served sections of society.
• Impact – We look for ideas that have the potential to create long-term and sustained impact within their communities, at a city/state level and at scale.
• Incubation – We look for individuals who are open to feedback and can gain from our non-financial support.

Selection Process

• Application Form – You need to complete & submit our online application form
• Application Review – Eligible applications are reviewed for accurate information and meeting the incubation program requirements
• Screening Call -Shortlisted Applicants and all Co-Founders (if any), will be invited for a screening call (via zoom/ google meet video call)
• Final selection round – All applicants shortlisted in the screening round will pitch to a panel of funders, donors, and industry & sector experts (via zoom call)
