Access Livelihoods (AL) is a group of Hyderabad-based social enterprises that work with marginalised communities to reimagine their livelihoods. Established in 2005, AL is an AIM-NITI Aayog recognised Established Incubation Centre, primarily working on incubating women-owned producer enterprises across primary sectors to create equitable and lasting livelihood opportunities.
Transforming India Initiative Reimagine Responsible Enterprises is a 12-month program focused on experiential learning and a hands-on approach to bring about a positive change in the communities. Fellows will be placed in community-focused enterprises where they will be guided by our experienced team of mentors and facilitators.

The fellows will implement innovative and out-of-the-box solutions to accelerate the responsible enterprises. Meanwhile, they will get an opportunity to work on various aspects of business development and enterprise management.
Responsible enterprises are companies with the purpose to serve the three pillars of sustainability namely, Social, Economic and Environmental. They also provide new technologies and skills to the communities by acting as a facilitator and conducting training programs for them.

Ideate and execute intrapreneurial initiatives for the farmers.

Experiential Learning
247 days of Practicum for on-ground experiential learning.
Online Learning Modules
15 years of experience in enterprise development. Work with our own business canvas tools.
Fellows move to the next phase. Based on the understanding developed during the first phase, fellows will design and implement business plans for the farmer enterprise in order to mitigate the challenges they have identified and accelerate the enterprise.
Fellows move to the final phase of the program. They have to ensure the sustainability of the farmer enterprise as well as the business plan that they have implemented by appointing relevant and sufficient systems in place.

A minimum scholarship of 60% will be offered to all candidates.
The actual fees payable by the fellow for the program is INR 30,000*
Eligibility
College graduates from any field having some knowledge/experience of agriculture/environment conservation/business/social work and passionate to work with the communities are welcome to apply for the fellowship. The candidate must have their own laptop, basic understanding of office suite and must be comfortable in working on it. English proficiency is mandatory. The candidate must be from one of the following states: :
If you don’t belong to the states mentioned you can enroll in the program. Conditionally, you are willing to relocate to the organization base location.
Every month, the fellow receives Rs.15000 as a stipend and a deferred payment of Rs.5000 is accumulated and after the successful completion of the fellowship, Rs.60,000 is provided as Social Innovation Capital.
