Esther Empowering Indian female college graduates to break into the workforce
The Esther Fellowship program is a 3-month online interactive sessions-based program for women graduates from towns and villages in Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka. The program will be conducted using the regional language and English and is aimed at making you feel ready and confident to start your career.
The program will help you create your resume, sharpen your interview skills, get personalized mentorship from an experienced woman professional, have a support network, improve your communication skills, and build your confidence as you start your career journey.
There will be an opportunity to sign up for a short term internship (1.5 – 3 months) at the end of the Fellowship and this will be based on interest from you and the potential employer.
