We strive to be a platform that inspires youth to become action-based citizen champions called Solve Ninjas. Activating Solve Ninjas in every community across India, to tackle local civic and environmental problems using Local Data, Local Campaigns and Local Solutions . Reap Benefit in the past 8 years, has worked with 52,000 plus citizens who have transformed themselves and worked for better neighborhoods leading to recognitions & awards by Former US President Barack Obama, Forbes, Unilever, Ministry of Water and Sanitation (India) amongst several others.

About Solve Ninja Leadership Accelerator Program (SNLA)

Its a 6 month (Paid) accelerator program to help our young civic leaders (Solve Ninjas) to scale up and deepen their impact in the civic action or environmental problem they are trying to solve. Through this program, we aim to enhance and build their 21st century leadership skills, give them access to resources, full time mentors and a collaborative community and a seed fund to support project implementation.

Throughout the program – We will take you through the steps of how to work on your idea – Stating the Problem- Investigating deeply – Prototyping and Pitching through monthly sessions. You will have the support of mentors, coaches and industry experts to work on your solution.

Over the course of the 6-month Fellowship, you will get

• Learn how to develop a clear Problem statement
• Learn investigation methods to work with data
• Methods to Prototyping
• Learn how to do a elevator pitch

We will also provide you with the following

• Get access and support from Senior Mentors at Reap Benefit for focused inputs on Prototyping
• Get access to Sectoral Experts and Mentors from the fields of civic action, environment, climate, law/ justice
• Opportunities to help you build your network and develop your skills
• Join monthly webinars with industry leaders and emerging social innovators
• Get personalized feedback on designing and prototyping solutions
• Receive guidance on how to build your initiative

Criteria :

1. You are between the age 17 – 24 years old
2. You have an idea to solve a climate change, civic or environmental problem.
3. You can commit 16-24 hours a week to work on prototyping the solution and learn with peer fellows
