About STREAM
Scalable Transdiagnostic Early Assessment of Mental Health (STREAM) is developing and validating noninvasive, scalable tools for assessment of child development in preschool years. The tools include observation of child behaviour, tablet-based gamified neuropsychological tasks, portable eye-tracking and video recording of parent-child interactions. The tool will be administered by trained non-specialist workers in homes/community centre settings on 0-6-year old children in Delhi. The key strength of these
tools is that, in the long term, they will provide a low-cost, scalable way to assess child development and identify children that are at risk of not reaching their full developmental potential and refer them for timely interventions.

One of the tablet-based games is called DEEP. It is a digital gamified tool developed to assess cognition in children aged 2.5-6 years.

Duties and Responsibilities

The consultant will be responsible for the following:

• Ensure highest broadcast quality of videography.
• Ensure that all requests and instructions pertaining to videography and video-editing requirements are fulfilled
• Use their own high-quality audio-visual equipment
• Ensure timely completion of all required videography/video-editing tasks

Scope of work:

• Filming of the administration of all components of the primary assessment of the STREAM project on a 2.5-6-year-old child, ~4 hours, STREAM site office, Tigri, Sangam Vihar
• Filming of the administration of all components of the primary assessment of the STREAM project on a 0-2.5-year-old child ~2 hours, STREAM site office, Tigri, Sangam Vihar
• Filming of the administration of all components of the secondary assessment of the STREAM project ~4 hours, Sangath hub office, Saket
• Filming of the administration of the DEEP tool in English on a 2.5-6-year-old child, ~2 hours, Sangath hub office, Saket

Filming of all digital tools should be done from 2 different angles:

• Front view: child and assessor in the frame showing how they sit and engage with the tool
• Top view: the digital tools in the frame capturing how the games are played

Deliverables:

The video footage taken during filming will handed over and also used to deliver the following:

• Package 1: a set of short 2-minute videos which can be used to disseminate information about each component of the STREAM project to stakeholders
• Package 2: a set of 14 videos which capture the demonstration of each DEEP game in English
  which can be used for training purposes
• Package 3: a set of 2 short 2/3-minute videos, one each in Hindi and English, which capture all the components of the STREAM project and can be used to disseminate information about the project as a whole to stakeholders
