ABOUT THE FELLOWSHIP
The Peepul Fellowship is a transformative, full-year programme designed to cultivate and nurture the potential of young, talented individuals seeking to make a difference in early childhood education. Rooted in a deep commitment to address the lack of training avenues for early years educators, this intensive fellowship provides comprehensive coaching, mentorship, and exposure to proven classroom strategies supported by empirical research.
Fellows in the Peepul Fellowship embark on a dynamic journey, benefiting from a collaborative environment where they receive invaluable real-time feedback from seasoned practitioners. In well-equipped Peepul-partnered Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) schools, fellows collaborate with school faculty to craft and implement innovative lesson plans. They gain hands-on experience that sets a robust foundation for their teaching careers.
While the Peepul Fellowship demands dedication and resilience, it offers unparalleled rewards by allowing fellows to impact young learners’ lives positively. Upon completion, individuals may choose to continue their journey as Peepul teachers, undergoing a rigorous selection process outlined in the following document.
