One Year Post Graduate Program in Development Management
The PGP-DM aims to develop a cadre of Management Professionals for Social Purpose Organisations (SPOs) who can build, lead and manage teams as well as organisations for sustainable social impact at scale.

About the Program
Our PGP-DM yearlong Program blends ideas of development with concepts of management, combines in-class sessions with a two-week field component on Realizing India, and promotes collaborative group work
Twenty-five customized management course offerings with three electives complement the eight development courses intended to enhance managerial efficiency and promote effective leadership in SPOs
The unique Context-Based Collaborative Learning pedagogy enables students to understand the contextual realities and complexities needed to develop sustainable solutions for impact in the social sectors
The yearlong ‘Writing in the Discipline’ workshop is meant to equip students to excel in written and oral communication
Bricoleurs are assigned to each student to provide personal mentoring throughout their academic journey to make the learning experience meaningful and rewarding
