Multilingual Education: From a Research Lens – LLF

Language and Learning Foundation was founded in 2015 for bringing about transformative change in the teaching and learning process and help improve student learning in early grades. We work with the public education system, and at a reasonable scale, to foster change that is sustainable.

Despite the fact that 41 languages are used in India as a Medium of Instruction (MoI), estimates show that between 25%-35% children are facing moderate to severe learning disadvantage due to learning in a language which is unfamiliar to them.

We invite you to join our event, ‘Multilingual Education: From a Research Lens’, on 2nd August 2023 (Wednesday). The seminar will discuss and deliberate on the state of multilingual education in India.
