Latika is a voluntary organization in Dehradun, India. We work with children and adults with disabilities. As a resource centre, we provide early learning opportunities, livelihoods development, education, training and awareness. We believe that when we plan for the most vulnerable the world works better for everyone. Our rights-based approach challenges injustice and demonstrates how inclusion works. If you are a person with disability, a parent, a professional or someone who cares, there’s a place for you at Latika.
Are you a pediatrician passionate about child development? The Latika-Adhyan Foundation Fellowship in Behavioral and Developmental Pediatrics is now open for applications by pediatricians under 40, from any recognized institution in India.
This fellowship offers an incredible learning experience based in Latika’s clinical settings in Dehradun, where you will work with a diverse team of therapists, psychologists, and special educators, all dedicated to supporting the development of 150 children and their families.
The fellowship’s remote mentorship comes from Dr. Ajay Sharma (FRCP, DCH, MSc), a renowned neurodevelopmental pediatrician with a wealth of experience that includes serving as the Clinical Director of Community Children’s Services at Evelina Children’s Hospital, London, and developing EmPOWER, a strengths-based early intervention program for children with autism.
