Kaivalya Education Foundation (KEF) is a social change organization working in the field of education in India. KEF’s intervention started in 2008 with the focus to transform the quality of education in public schools by providing leadership training to school principals. Since then, we have partnered with many government, private, and educational institutions to impact more than 1235 schools in three states of Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Maharasthra.
Karuna Fellowships aims to improve life, leadership, livelihood and digital skills of women who are motivated and willing tp learn while providing virtual field support to our programs.
We are recruiting the new batch of Karuna Fellowship for Pathankot, Gurdaspur & Ludhiana (Punjab). This 2-year fellowship program for women will make them financially independent while they contribute to large-scale social impact. The fellows will get to work with a variety of stakeholders for virtual field support while implementing our existing programs across the Foundation. It will focus on life, leadership, livelihood skills building by leveraging technology.
For the new batch of Karuna Fellowship Program for girls and women meeting the folowing criteria:
Age: 21 – 40 years
Family Income: Less than 3 lac per year
Education: Minimum Graduation
Duration of Fellowships: 23 months
