Yuva Parivartan (YP), was established in 1998 and was formally launched by the then President APJ Kalam in 2003. YP’s mission is to provide a second chance to the deprived youth and to empower women, through sustainable livelihood opportunities based on technical, business and life skill training programs, which lead to attitudinal change and income generation. We have a deep understanding and connect with the communities that we work in. Over the last 24 years, we have improved the employability of more than 1 million deprived youth and women through our skilling courses and helped them earn livelihood. Our course content, structure and delivery, flexibility of timings, focus on practical training and support to earning livelihoods is tailored to embark our students on their journey towards livelihood. The time to benefits is reduced due to short course durations ranging from 15 to 90 days. . Our network of field counsellors, community leaders, trainers and connects with local livelihood providers and/or enablers, coupled with our digital reach through social media and our e- learning app Yuva Kaushal, enables us to mobilize students at scale and help them earn wage or self-employment.

Requirement: Plan and schedule Functional training according to Operations requirements , Develop, plan and schedule all induction training, supporting department needs according to requirements, Development of Training Content and its execution, Plan resource requirements to meet training schedules and project requirements, Ensure a process of continuous improvement for all training Modules ,Ensure evaluation policy is followed and monitor by participants and action as appropriate, Ensure that appropriate assessments are in place for all trainings , Ensure sufficient Training Programs scheduled to support business goals , Frequent travel required across Maharashtra, Coordinate with Operations Team for ensuring quality of training Programs, Developing, monitoring, and updating content for Operations Processes, Interact with Operations Team on an ongoing basis to understand their requirements and plug gaps where required.

Requirement: – Conducting in-depth research on Social Sector-related topics in order to develop original content, Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and Organisation’s website, Assisting the Communication team in developing content for campaigns, Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies, Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability ,Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to organisation’s website ,Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience, Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in organisation’s current content.

Requirement: – Handle in bound calls and act based on inbound call, Handling EPBAX system , Welcome the guest, vendors and clients , Fix up a conference calls and other administrative work, Welcome visitors and guests and direct appropriately, Receive, direct and relay telephone messages, Record and handle all incoming and outgoing couriers, Respond to public inquiries, Keeping a track of incoming and outgoing couriers, Attending queries and escalating it to concerned department.
