Website Youth Alliance

Apply by 5th April 23

At Youth Alliance, we envision a world where every individual lives and leads towards harmony with self, other and nature. Our work is a response to interconnected crisis that has an existential risk for humanity and life on earth. This work is intimately personal and yet expansively collective.

We design and facilitate journeys of (un)learning, healing and inquiry through collective and immersive processes. These journeys are based on the five core values represented above: Inner Work, Community, Leadership, Healing and Service.

Creating such experiences for others is deeply dependent on the inner and outer journey of the team at YA. The invitation to join Youth Alliance team, really is an invitation to be on the adventure of self-transformation and creating conditions for systemic transformation together.

CULTURE AND TEAM PRACTICES AT YA

Over the last 4 years, our attempt has been to practice collective leadership, where power is shared and the organization supports the well-being and wholeness of each individual. Our team processes have moved towards a more holonic structure, where each person’s creativity, individuality, their gifts and challenges are welcomed. It is the boldest experiment in the country on the ways organisations are structured and work. We are embarking on a 2 year long journey to become an even more evolutionary purpose oriented organization. Read more about our practices and culture here.
