Yokohama ranks in the top 5 tyre manufacturing companies globally. They have their Indian Subsidiary called Yokohama Off Highway Tyres.

YOHT has the end-to-end responsibility of designing, developing, manufacturing, marketing and selling these specialized tires. They manufacture tyres in India which are exported globally in Asia Pacific, Europe, North America, Latin America and Middle East Africa region. They make high end Tyres which are used by industries like agriculture, mining, forestry, construction, aircrafts, etc

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by coordinating candidate interviews, managing job postings, and assisting with candidate screening and onboarding. You will work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, including arranging logistics and communicating details to candidates and interviewers.
2. Post job advertisements on various platforms and monitor applicant responses.
3. Assist with candidate screening and evaluation, including resume reviews and initial phone screens.
4. Coordinate Pre-employment background checks and reference checks.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job posting records in the recruitment database.
6. Assist with new employee onboarding, including preparing offer letters and coordinating orientation activities.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a recruitment coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
