Job Description: The Community Manager will serve as the first point of contact for entrepreneurs, ensuring they are warmly welcomed and efficiently guided through the initial steps of their journey with WE Hub. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to creating a positive and seamless experience for all visitors.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Entrepreneur Services:
- Greet and welcome entrepreneurs promptly and courteously.
- Ensure all inquiries and requests are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Manage entrepreneurs and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
- Guide entrepreneurs through the initial steps of their engagement with WE Hub, connecting them with the
appropriate team members for further assistance.
2. Front Desk Operations:
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for front desk operations.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organised, and well-maintained always.
3. Staff Management:
- Schedule and manage front desk staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to front desk staff.
- Address any performance or conduct issues promptly and professionally.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
4. Customer Experience:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall experience for entrepreneurs and visitors.
- Collect and analyse feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Organize and oversee activities and special events for entrepreneurs.
5. Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of entrepreneur interactions, appointments, and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and distribute daily activity reports to relevant departments.
- Handle administrative tasks such as ordering supplies and managing inventory.
Min. Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in front desk operations, guest relations, sales executive or customer service roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
- Proficient in English, Hindi and Telugu (Mandatory)
