Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for a wide range of design projects, including newsletters, brochures, banners, posters, presentation templates, infographics, social media graphics, email campaigns, emailers and web pages.
• Work collaboratively with marketing and other cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Continuously innovate and improve design processes, tools, and techniques to deliver high-quality work efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities.
• Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video.
• Keep up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge and drive continuous improvement.

Requirement:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Indesign), Figma, or other similar tools.
• Proficiency with photo-editing and video-editing software
• Photography experience would be ideal.
• Basic proficiency in the Marathi language is a must
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity, with a focus on visual storytelling, typography, colour theory, and composition.
• Good communication and excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical users.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred.
