Job title: CSR Lead – Ankleshwar

ABOUT POSITION

The position is based at Ankleshwar with frequent field visits across UPL factory locations in Gujarat. The incumbent will be mainly responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring local area needs & national needs thematic focus. The position demands coordination and linkages with multiple stakeholders in multiple geographies to facilitate project implementation.

Reports to:  Head CSR (UPL Group)

Location: Ankleshwar

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Project management role in the implementation of the CSR projects in Ankleshwar and achievement of agreed deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain strong systems to facilitate smooth and effective communication between stakeholders and oversee the development of strong systems for Monitoring, documentation, and communication.
  • Scheduled report on project progress, milestones, budget, and expenditures.
  • Facilitate the effective assessment and evaluation of initiatives.
  • Work closely with the CSR Head and serve as interface with global CSR initiatives.
  • Lead for employee volunteering programme of UPL Group.
  • Work closely with sustainability, corporate Communication, and corporate affairs team of the company
  • Continuous development of communication materials like Project brochures, short movies, Media notes, etc for internal & external communication. Need to work closely with corporate Affairs & corporate Communications team

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

Candidate must be a postgraduate in Rural Management, Management, MSW, or a relevant field.
Around 8-12 years of professional working experience in the CSR / Sustainability space.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Relationship building and networking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and cope with varied workloads.
  • Good knowledge and experience of national CSR space.
  • Project ownership and traveling to multiple locations.
  • Excellent communication skills with very good Competency in computers
