Senior Associate – Community Impact : United Way of Hyderabad (UWH)

No. of Positions: 3

Locations: Hyderabad (Telangana), Jagluru (Karnataka), Gatanji (Maharashtra)

Experience Required: 4-6 years, ideally with NGOs, farmer associations, or rural project implementation

Responsibilities:

• Mobilize village-level groups and community representatives
• Conduct convergence meetings for civil works
• Coordinate project progress with field teams

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, internet use, and familiarity with fieldwork
