The HR Leader role will play a critical part in further shaping the culture at Udhyam. They will also strengthen it’s people & system capabilities to achieve the milestones we have set ahead of us. We aim to build a happy and high performing workplace that people want to work at, in the sector.

Role and Responsibilities:
Build & nurture Udhyam team & culture so we can realise the Udhyam vision.
Oversee all HR requirements for about 100 people in the organisation including
Build & improve policies, systems & processes for each of the above areas that live our principles & enable achievement of our vision
Provides support and guidance to the HR team and managers when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise
Partner with the leadership team to understand, build and execute the organization’s talent strategy
Provide decision support & enable improvements through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance in the HR domain
Manage the Payroll Processing with our payroll partner and HR auditing
