Roles and Responsibilities

As a product manager at Udhyam, you will be building scalable, impactful experiences that revolutionize learning for youngsters and/or entrepreneurs. You will lead the entire product development and go to market of our learning product, while partnering deeply with the curriculum, partnerships, operations and tech teams at Udhyam, as well as external partners including folks from the government, technology partners & other non profits.

You will be expected to

• Understand student needs, research innovative and effective  learning methods and work with the curriculum team to conceptualize a learning product
• Partner with the curriculum team, tech team, operations team and the state partnership team to build the product, experiment, pilot and iterate
• Partner with the state partnerships team to roll out the product across the state
• Take ownership of product metrics, and keep improving/iterating based on user feedback

You are a good fit if you- 

• Care about learning, education, entrepreneurship and people meeting their potential
• Have 2-5 years of experience building and scaling products
• Have 2-5 years of experience working with cross functional business, technology, operations and customer experience teams
• Are good with analysing data, finding insights, and iterating based on the learnings
• Can pick up ideas and take them to reality fearlessly
• Can break problems down and work towards solving them
• Are good at planning and execution
• Are resourceful
• Are comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
• Are great at verbal and written communication
