The Education Alliance (TEA) is a non-profit organisation that warmly welcomes all those who share our passion for providing high-quality education to every child in India. Headquartered in Delhi, we are committed to promoting system reform projects that help to ensure that all children in India have equitable access to quality education.
We support state education departments by deploying highly qualified teams that work with state and non-state actors to co-create solutions to improve the quality of education in government schools. We currently operate in five states (Delhi, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, Tripura, and Punjab) and are proud to have a dedicated team of 40+ young professionals.

About: Dr B.R. Ambedkar Schools of Specialised Excellence (SoSE)
Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Schools of Specialised Excellence are choice-based schools for grades 9 to 12 that allow students to specialise in their chosen fields of study. The Government of NCT of Delhi has established Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Schools of Specialised Excellence in order to cater to students who have a demonstrated interest and aptitude in specific domains. These schools aim to nurture students for all-round development and, at the same time, set them up in their chosen area of specialisation. Students in Ambedkar SOSEs receive targeted preparation for higher education pathways and career opportunities through world class infrastructure and top teachers to transact new- age curriculum and assessment in the specialised domains. Job Summary
The scope of the Program Manager involves working in close quarters with Project Leads, and senior bureaucrat(s) in orchestrating overall program management, defining strategy/design, and driving the related day-to-day execution across various workstreams. They will manage the end-to-end design and delivery of the program in the government. In addition, the role will include driving stakeholder management with all partner organisations involved, precisely, in driving their core strategic focus and ensuring logical convergence with wider department mandates.
Key Responsibilities
A combination of problem diagnosis, solution design, and facilitating implementation through first principles problem solving, leveraging organisational learnings, extensive stakeholder discussions, data analysis, etc.
Participate in building and strengthening internal systems and processes which contribute towards effective and efficient functioning of the unit
Skills and Qualifications
Salary: 09+ Lakhs per annum
