Experience Required: 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing various process excellence programs such as TPM, LSS, Kaizens, variability reduction projects, and improvement programs.
• Leading 5S, process mapping, training, and other process excellence projects across PAN India.
• Undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

What We Look For:

• Practical implementation knowledge in methodologies like 5S, LSS, TPM, ISO, process mapping, metrics, and Maturity Model.
• Experience in the food/FMCG manufacturing industry preferred.

Qualifications:

• Science/Engineering Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university + MBA in Operations (full time).
• Exceptional communication skills in both Hindi and English, superb problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong ability to learn and apply new concepts.
• Willingness to travel across India for process excellence activities.
• Flexibility to work in shifts as required.

Certifications:

Completed training in 5S, Lean, TPM, ISO, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from a reputed organization.
