Its strategy gradually crystallized into five themes.The effort has to be collective one from the community in which all would benefit proportionately from the improvement that would be planned.

Tarun Bharat Sangh is looking for a candidate who can enjoy a job that combines two worlds together[1]one of spending hours behind a computer screen crunching numbers and finding trends on excel, and the other of being out in the field, capturing emotions and stories of people.

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Travel: a week in a month

CTC: 2.4 to 3 lacs p.a. (flexible according to skills and experience)

MIS & DOCUMENTATION Executive (Freshers are welcome)

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for MIS data sheet management
• Responsible for proper documentation of project activities and coordinating with the project field team.
• Design and develop community-level surveys & coordination of data collection, compilation as well as analysis
• Undertake periodical field visits to assess the systems and verify data Provide orientation training for MIS, Computerized MIS, Interpretation, analysis &
• Reporting for the project staff members
• Monitoring the core and performance indicators of the project • Provide analysis of the indicators to support and enhance programming
• Responsible for Preparation and submission of monitoring reports
• Responsible for producing engaging case-studies for project reports.
• To help implement the organization’s communication, documentation and information strategies.
  Responsible for ensuring all research related activities
  Beyond above mentioned responsibilities, any other responsibilities assigned by the organization

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Strong organisational skills, facilitation and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines are required.
  Has a talent for writing reports, field-stories and case-studies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English are required, as well as proper language usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
• Strong computer skills, including prowess of MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
• Candidates with basic photo and video editing skills will be given preference.
  Must be able to travel on occasions.
• Minimum Graduate in Social Work/ Humanities/ Journalism/ English or any other relevant field.
