2) Clean Air Sustainable Cities (CASC)- The Clean Air & Sustainable Cities(CASC) program promotes public participation, influences  policy change, collaborates with the government bodies, fosters awareness among children, youth, and civil society to combat air pollution and climate change.

We have expanded our focus from farmer livelihood development in India by promoting renewable energy solutions, organic farming practices and farmer producer organizations using regenerative agriculture promotion, to upskilling and capacity building, empirical research, policy advocacy and dissemination of information.

1. Centre Head – Skills

Location: Nadia, West Bengal

Experience – Min 6 yrs

The Centre Head looks after the  overall development, performance and maintenance of the center’s activities to obtain the maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Planning and strategizing the operations
  • Plan and mentor the Trainers in initiating batches at centers.
  • Plan/update the Manpower Requirements and ensure optimum utilization of the existing resources by working closely with the Training Manager.
  • Responsible for overall implementation of program in the areas of work / states assigned within the given framework of program guidelines
  • Monitor Trainers activities as per the Lesson Plan.
  • Monitor Student Attendance and Dropout Percentage, Curriculum coverage,    Students/Alumni/Parents meet, Placement ratio.
  • Explore new prospective Areas, motivating & building the Training Team.
  • Providing guidance and support to Trainers for smooth implementation of the program.
  • To coordinate and seek support from other departments/line authority so as to provide timely support to the Training team.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the processes laid through field visits, and orientation programs at the Centre level. the smooth running of the team and contribute to training and development of the team Conduct weekly and monthly mock tests
  • Prepares training outlines, scripts, expected results, evaluation and related materials
  • To developing plans for the center’s  progress and growth  support to all other departments with and related issues

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Must have 5 yrs of experience in the Skill Sector.
  • Must have 1-2 yrs  exp in DDU GKY center operations.
  • Strong verbal and written Communication Skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills; Should demonstrate patience & perseverance
  • Should be able to counsel students & Must have the inclination towards society and working for marginalized community
  • Prior experience as a Center Head in skill development projects will be an added advantage.

The Centre Head will report to the Project Manager and 5-6 members will report to him.

CTC- Upto 3.5 lacs

(Compensation package will be inline with qualification, experience and last salary drawn

2. Soft Skills Trainer

Location – Nadia, West Bengal

Experience – 3 yrs & above years

Soft skill training is a comprehensive process that involves teaching, analyzing, and developing professionals of all levels in order to better strengthen their core personality traits and competencies.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Work towards grooming personality and improving communication skills of candidates.
  • Conduct Life Skills & soft skills training sessions for candidates.
  • Work with candidates to improve their soft skills and interview preparedness.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly mock tests.
  • Any other task assigned by the line manager.
  • Training should Possess a variety of skill sets including time management, multi-tasking, interpersonal, problem-solving ability, conflict management, presentation skill, communication and listening skills, leadership skills, team building. adaptability to move through changes.
  • Prepares written weekly reports to the Program Director.
  • Prepares training outlines, scripts, expected results, evaluation and related materials
  • Participates in strategic planning sessions to design learning and development strategies and roadmaps.
  • In collaboration with functional teams, project teams, trainers and technical teams, develop training course needs and Schedule, prepare, and deliver training.
  • Conducted training needs assessments against current and future training to deliver optimal results.
  • Innovative training techniques to make training more effective, fun and interactive
  • Work in partnership with specialist career counselors during the needs assessment to ensure the impartial
  • Information, Advice and Guidance that empowers them to make positive choices about potential careers
  • To Undertake data collection and reporting duties that demonstrate the effectiveness of the programme.
  • Strong digital learning skills for training others and for self-learning Qualifications Required
  • Have 2-4 years of leading training sessions / lead instructors experience within a training session environment or equivalent.
  • Technical experience to coordinate the development, maintenance, and implementation of training schedules, outlines, plans, and lessons.
  • Graduate/ Post Graduate degree in English/Communication /Humanities with relevant certification courses for soft skill trainers.
  • A team player who is supportive, flexible, and ready to take on additional tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work across teams and supervisors.
  • Responds positively to feedback and respects diverse points of views.

The The Soft Skill Trainer will report to the Centre Head

CTC- Upto 2Lacs

3. IT Trainer 

Location: Nadia, West Bengal

Experience – Min 3 yrs

IT Trainer responsibilities include identifying educational needs, designing educational material and ensuring all employees take basic computer training.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct IT skills training.
  • Design technical manuals
  • Conduct role-specific training on tools
  • Apply educational methods to engage trainees
  • Train students on proper use of hardware and software

Requirements & Skils

  • Proven work experience as an IT Trainer,
  • Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical terms plainly
  • BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field
  • Min 2yrs of experience in the Skill Sector.
  • The IT Trainer will report to the Centre Head

4. Solar Trainer 

Location: Nadia, West Bengal

Experience – Min 3 yrs

Responsibilities and Duties ·

  • Conducting Training of Solar PV Installation and Operations Management workshops on field ·
  • Troubleshoot design and construction issues in the field visits practical sessions
  • Answering queries of participants and help them clear their doubts ·
  • Use provided teaching materials and procedures as stipulated within the framework to conduct the training sessions ·
  • Able to deliver project and motivate trainees through effective training methodology

Conduct assessments and track effectiveness of learning and provide necessary feedback to students as and when required Qualification:

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree, industry certification or equivalent experience // TOT certified Skills:
  • Experienced as a solar trainer ·
  • Experienced in the solar industry ·
  • S elf-sufficient and highly motivated. ·
  • Electrical trades experience ·
  • Solar trades experience
  • The Solar Trainer will report to the Centre Head
