Stanford Institute for Innovation for Developing Economies (“Stanford Seed”) is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Program Coordinator, based in India but coordinating activities around the world.

The Program Coordinator for Seed Spark will serve as a key staff member responsible for the smooth delivery and administration of the Stanford Seed Spark program. Seed Spark is an online entrepreneurship program designed by Stanford GSB and offered by Stanford Seed to help budding entrepreneurs running early-stage startups to scale their businesses.

The position reports to the Blended Learning Program Manager, who in turn reports to the Regional Director, South Asia.

The Program Coordinator will be directly responsible for:

  • Coordinating and managing day-to-day operations of the Seed Spark online program.
  • Scheduling and coordinating with the Seed Spark team for meetings, sessions and program office hours.
  • Communication with Seed Spark participants, mentors and collaborators.
  • Plan and coordinate program elements within schedule and budget.
  • This role will also have the opportunity to take on other projects within Stanford Seed, as assigned.

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with office software and email applications. Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task, take initiative and ownership and operate with limited supervision.
  • Demonstrated excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • The ability to analyse and recommend system / process improvements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant subject matter knowledge from running entrepreneurship education programs.

In addition, preferred requirements include:

  • Experience with Zoom, NovoEd, Form Assembly, Salesforce, and Asana.
  • Experience in online or blended learning education programs.

Employment Conditions

  •  Must be legally authorized to work in India, with or without sponsorship
  •  May work variable hours, evenings or weekends
  •  May travel locally and/or internationally with occasional overnight travel
