Function Human Resources & Organizational Development

Mission:
This position will be responsible for providing support in recruitment, managing employee data, payroll & statutory data, and assisting in managing HR administrative areas. The incumbent will report to the ‘HR&OD Advisor’ or as assigned.

Location: International Office Region-Asia, Faridabad, India

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain up-to-date Employee database and HRIS
  • Provide support in recruitment; interviews; Employment letters
  • Manage new-employee joining; personnel file and its documentation
  • Manage employee payroll, Employee statutory benefits and do basic trouble shooting
  • Assist on topics related to Employee Insurance, Employee Engagement and Learning Initiatives (training support and meeting preparations)
  • Compiling various HR data/ reports, as assigned
  • Coordinate on select HR topics, as assigned

Requirements
Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum required qualification is graduation. Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage.
  • Should have relevant post-qualification experience of 2-3 years or more
  • Proficiency in word, Excel and power-point
  • Ability to manage data with zero error
