1. Placement Officer
About the job
The candidate will be a key part of the Careers team responsible for ensuring the final placement, summer internships of students into top Corporates. He/she will work to build strong relationships with Corporates and start-ups across Industrial sectors and functional domains.
Job Description
1. Achieve individual targets assigned for the annual recruitment process, summer internships and live projects.
2. Work with key stakeholders including Alumni, Faculty, Administration, Marketing & Admissions teams to achieve both career services and larger institutional objectives.
3. Prepare periodic reports and (MIS) on placement of passed out students and to create data base of recruiting industries and organization.
4. Administer and aid all placement processes and prepare placement reports and facilitate in community participation
5. Identify and visit companies/ organizations for potential placement/internship opportunities
6. Manage student documents and database of placement information
Qualification & Skills required:
1. 3+ years’ experience in Training & Placement of Management Students
2. Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Word & Power point)
3. Strong interpersonal skills to network with employers
4. In-hand experience of training and placement of Management students will be an advantage.

This is a full time role is based out of SOIL IMT Manesar Gurgaon Campus.
Admission Related Activites
ii. Coordinate and follow-up with vendors/hotels
iii. Make logistic arrangement for conducting interviews such as booking hotel, venue for interview. Co-ordinate for booking flight tickets, transport arrangements for the staff coordinators and panel members etc.

3. Admissions Manager

This is a full time role is based out of SOIL IMT Manesar Gurgaon Campus.
Admission Related Activites
1. Handle phone queries: Emails, Calls Portal queries from prospective students, parents/guardians
2. Handle payments and fee: Preparation of budget, payment processing, reconciliation of budget vs actuals. Monitor and track the fee payments, reconciliation with finance records, withdrawals and refunds of the incoming batch of students. Preparation updation of MIS reports
3. Conduct Interviews
a) Verification of application form to check for eligibility criteria and highlight incomplete information
b) Assist in short-listing applications for D PI Process
c) Assist to organise and conduct interviews
i. Prepare material required for each interview centre (Admissions Kit) and handing over to faculty/staff members
ii. Coordinate and follow-up with vendors/hotels
iii. Make logistic arrangement for conducting interviews such as booking hotel, venue for interview. Co-ordinate for booking flight tickets, transport arrangements for the staff coordinators and panel members etc.
iv. Co-ordinate with the Faculty panel and staff coordinators for smooth conduct of interviews
General Support:
a. Verification of documents submitted by the applicant
b. Assist in preparing the necessary documents required for the registration process
c. Coordinate with the students, parents/guardians and the admin department during the registration process
e. Coordinate with Faculty members and area chairs for needed support to the admissions activities
f. Contribute to all activities of the admissions department
g. Maintain applicant s database
5. Ready to work on weekends and beyond office hours as and when required especially during admissions season
