Society for All Round Development (SARD) is a non-profit organization established in 1996, which aims to increase the participation of minority and disadvantaged communities in mainstream development processes. SARD’s goal is to empower these groups, particularly women and adolescent girls, by improving their access to quality education and health services; providing vocational training; introducing micro-credit schemes; and promoting environmentally sustainable income generating activities. 1. Project Manager (01)
Location: Jaipur (Rajasthan)
Key Responsibilities:
- The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for overall planning, managing and execution of the project activities under guidance of the Project Director/ Senior Management of SARD.
- The PM shall coordinate with the Government of Rajasthan, the support organization and the consultant for necessary directions time to time for smooth implementation of the program
- The PM shall develop a Monthly Action Plan (MAP) and get it approved by the Senior Management Team (SMT) for the implementation of the project
- PM will submit a monthly milestone accomplishment report against MAP.
- Ensure convergence with inter-line department of local administration for possible collaboration
- Ensure visibility, dissemination of the efforts of the team in appropriate forum at District and State level, print and social media platform
- Participate in review-cum-planning meeting with the health department and with other agencies to achieve the given target
- Provide on-job training/orientation to the project staff for smooth implementation of the project
- Support the SARD management in addressing any donor related queries
- Provide administrative and logistic support to the team.
- Execute any other task(s) assigned by the SARD Management.
Required Skills and Experience
- Post-Graduation (Preferable: Public Health/Medical, Social Work/Management) with a minimum of 05 (five) years of relevant experience.
- Must have good spoken written, communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi. Preference who has knowledge (speaking level) of local dialects of the intervention districts of Rajasthan.
- Able to mobilise resources from corporate or international civil society and explore the scope of convergence.
- Able to hold the visibility campaign time to time.
- Computer proficiency with specific familiarity with commonly used Windows and MS office.
- Knowledge and experience of government systems and procedures would be desirable
- Good interpersonal communication skills and leadership ability
- Highly capable of planning, organizing and implement of action plans with ability of multitasking.
- The candidate applying for the position should be capable and willing to travel frequently in remote project areas and to Delhi and other places, as and when required.

2. District Mobilization Coordinator (04)
Location: Alwar, Bharatpur, Dholpur, Karauli
- Coordinate with the District Health Department and other line departments to intensify the Covid-19 vaccination program in the district
- Develop district work plan (monthly/fortnightly/weekly) to maximize the Covid vaccination outreach in close coordination with RCHO of concerned district.
- Conduct monthly review meetings with team on progress planned activities against project target, address project related gaps for smooth functioning of the team
- Participate and do advocacy at the district level to increase the outreach of COVID-19 vaccination
- In conjunction with the subordinates, support in review-cum-planning meetings at the block level in developing and implementing Block social mobilization plan.
- Prepare a block-wise plan for conducting the communication campaign for the awareness of COVID-19 vaccination through an e-Rickshaw/infotainment van in the intervention area under the guidance.
- Supervise and provide feedback to BMCs on planned activities, ensuring quality interventions that focus strongly on interpersonal and group communication in resistant/underserved areas.
- Ensure quality implementation of State-supported IEC activities and other persuasive communication techniques for ensuring covid vaccination. Identify the potential agencies for wider dissemination and IEC campaign for greater visibility.
- Timely tracking and addressing myths and misconceptions related to COVID-19 in coordination with the Community volunteers, stakeholders, and other community influencers.
- Follow up and list beneficiaries as per age and gender
- Provide timely feedback to the health department about any gaps or successes in COVID-19 vaccination
Required Skills and Experience:
- Post-Graduation (Preferable: Public Health/Social Work/Psychology, Economics, Anthropology, Management, etc.)
- Languages are known Hindi, English (Read, Write, Speaking). Preference who have knowledge (speaking level) of local dialects of intervention districts of Rajasthan

3. Block Mobilization Coordinators (12)
Location: Selected blocks of Alwar, Bharatpur, Dholpur, Karauli
- Coordinate with the CHC and PHC level health officials in micro-planning to intensify the Covid-19 vaccination program in the district
- Promote and monitor Cluster, block and community level activities using a variety of approaches.
- Mobilizing religious leaders, PRIs, community-based organization and other informal leaders to act as community influencers.
- Organize special mobile campaign in the left out dropped out areas with the help of local administration and volunteers if any.
- Map low vaccination and prepare work plan to increase the coverage of the covid vaccination.
- Dissemination of prepared IEC materials
- Support to develop a block-wise plan for conducting the communication campaign to promote COVID-Appropriate Behaviors through an e-Rickshaw/infotainment van in the intervention area under the guidance of the CMO.
- Tracking the COVID-19 related myths and misconceptions among the community and address with the help of the Community Volunteer, stakeholders, and other community influencers.
- Supervise community volunteers for appropriate use of ICT Tool for message dissemination (promoting key messages especially for COVID-Appropriate Behaviors) using E platforms such as SMS, WhatsApp, etc.
- Ensure daily reporting of activities using the appropriate reporting mechanism (Google sheet/App/WhatsApp/SMS/manual reporting).
Required Skills and Experience
- Graduation in any discipline (Preferable: Public Health/Social Work/Psychology, Anthropology, Management etc.)
- Languages are known Hindi and English (Read, Write). Preference who have knowledge of local dialects of intervention districts of Rajasthan
- Basic Computer literacy
- Three years of experience in the relevant field.

4. M&E Officer (01)
Location: Delhi/Rajasthan
Key Responsibilities:
- The M&E Officer will provide technical leadership and support in strategic plans and implementation regarding M&E requirements.
- Accessing secondary data and analysis to identify low coverage area
- Collection of Vaccination centre wise data, validation, assimilation and segregation in the above categories for inference to identify weak coverage and develop M&E planning progress against stated results
- Analysis of the data, consolidation of monthly and quarterly report.
- In coordination with stakeholders, draft/prepare M&E plans and associated M&E templates.
- Provide technical support to district & block level Unit initiatives
- Develop accurate, realistic and measurable baselines, indicators and targets for the beneficiaries
- Create, implement and provide training on necessary monitoring and evaluation tools
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure required monitoring tools are employed properly and utilized regularly
- Ensure proper visibility on social media platform

- Five years of experience providing management advisory services, hands-on experience in designing monitoring and evaluation tools at the systemic level in development contexts.
- Proven experience with statistical applications and data collection, assimilation and analysis; familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative information analysis tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, consensus building and negotiating skills are essential.
- Good understanding of the development of monitoring and evaluation tools.

5. Documentation officer cum IEC Specialist (01)
Location: Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
- To help in implementing the Project’s related communication, documentation, and information strategies.
- Undertake periodical field visits to assess the systems and verify data and provide orientation/ training on photo documentation, developing case studies/success stories, reporting writing.
- Compile weekly/monthly progress report based on data, case studies, photo documentation to report the donor.
- Support in programmatic evaluation plan and conduct an annual evaluation to assess organizational progress.
- Responsible for all project-related documentation.
- Responsible for ensuring all research-related activities
- Designing the formats and procedures for quality improvement activity, including infographics.
- Provide analysis of the indicators to support and enhance programming
- Develop various analytical reports and documents for sharing and publication

- Able to organise Mass media campaign online/offline with variety of stakeholders
- Enabling behaviour change, promoting personal responsibility and accountability across stakeholders to accomplish the project objectives
- Consolidation of best practices for wider dissemination of SARD efforts
- Able to generate Visibility document of the efforts and ensure to showcase in appropriate platforms.
Required Skills and Experience
- Post Graduate degree or equivalent in Any discipline preferable in Economics, Anthropology, Social work, Education and Mass Communication
- Minimum three to five years of experience in conducting knowledge management activities and development of IEC strategy.
- Knowledge and experience of government systems and procedures would be desirable.
- Knowledge (reading, writing and speaking level) of Hindi, English and Punjabi, fair understanding of Rajasthani and Punjabi language

6. Programme Manager – Education and Technology (01)
Location: Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
- The program Manager is overall responsible to support and monitor all the programme implemented in different field offices.
- S/he creates the program dashboard and strategies for implementation of the project, keep an eye on the financial implications, ensure cost effective measures are adopted in the program
- Able to ensure the effective use of technology and e content in all the SARD field offices
- Ensure that the project team is staffed as per requirement of the program budget and ensure that they are oriented, inducted and trained to do their job
- Responsible for fund raising, networking and dissemination of the SARD
- Frequent visit to field offices and provide on-site support to Field staff
- To help in writing proposal, concept note to mobilize resources and develop a model of convergence
- Developing the tools for theory of change and identify the variable indicators and means of verifications as indicated in different projects
- The project Manager will liaison with all stakeholders interested/involved in project and ensure the scope of convergence
Required Skills and Experience
- Master’s degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in program management.
- Proven stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience managing a team.
- Good spoken, written, communication & Presentation skills in English & Hindi.
- Computer Proficiency with specific familiarity with commonly used windows & MS Office and have sufficient knowledge/skills to use/work with computer-based tools
