About the job
The Manager will be responsible to ensure smooth and efficient placements of the trained youth PAN India. The person should take initiatives to improve the placements and provide solutions to the team for success implementation of the programme. The person should effectively interact with the HO and Regional team and keep them updated on progress on regular basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities of job placement for students and develop placement procedures in Healthcare, BFSI, E-logistics, Digital Marketing, BPO etc.
- Manage the existing database of employers and develop new partnerships with employers for the placements
- Facilitating placement and ensure a high placement ratio PAN India
- Assists beneficiaries to develop employment plans based on appraisals of aptitudes, interests, and personality characteristics along with the team.
- Contact prospective employers to determine needs and to explain placement service.
- Arrange interviews and to facilitate placement of graduated students
- Conducts in-service training program for partner organizations as well as regional officers
- Conduct mock Interviews of beneficiaries to determine the eligibility for employment.
- Assist in conducting community surveys to gather labour market information, such as prevailing wages, hours, training, and employment possibilities
- To assist in providing leads for career counselling and Employee Engagement Programme of students
- Interaction with company executives for Internship and Final Placement
- Motivate students to achieve peak productivity and performance Plans, schedules, and presentations on career development, career skills, and career opportunities
- Maintaining database of employment possibilities and resources.
- Ability to multitask and juggle between various assigned tasks efficiently
- Support emergency response activities as when required.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as and when assigned by the organization
