Summary/Objective

CSR Admin supports employee engagement through the SVB in the Community online and corporate charitable giving, volunteering, and Missions programs.

Essential Functions

  • Vital employee facing role in supporting employee engagement in community initiatives and monitors SVB in the Community email box to respond to all the employee requests
  • Routine tasks of reviewing and approving donation match requests, volunteer time submissions, and requests to set up volunteer and giving opportunities on our SVB in the Community online system
  • Occasionally would be required to set-up of special fundraising and volunteering campaigns and facilitating related communications to employees through various channels
  • Tracks the CSR efforts in metrics, preparing reports, design comms or newsletters and presentations for senior leadership. Hands-on-expertise on tools – Benevity Spark, Grants, and BeeHive. Capable of crafting user demos for employees and users.
  • Other operational responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Compliance Tracking of all CSR activities, collaboration with non-profit grantees to process charitable giving, preparation of donation materials, coordinating payments
  • Community Building & Special Projects: Building the SVB CSR Community Network and supports it with giving and volunteering activities. Also build the organization’s database, which align to our company’s mission and employee interest
  • Prioritizing & planning CSR events internal and external, in coordination with local or Government
  • Authorities, keeping in mind all the company and Government guidelines

Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of CSR, its functions and administration
  • Ability to learn and demonstrate operations of the Benevity Spark, Grants, and BeeHive systems

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Competencies

  • Proficient in MS Office & Excel
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • Education and Experience

Prefer 10+ years of related experience in CSR field
Ability to work in a team environment and assist with a variety of tasks, must be able to switch gears according to shifting priorities

Education

  • MBA/ Diploma in rural management from reputed institutes in Social Work
  • Additional equivalent years of experience may substitute post education

Certifications

  • Any relevant Administrative or Community Development upskilling Certifications.
  • Professional certifications such as GRI (recommended)
