We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead our corporate social responsibility (CSR) and employee giving initiatives in India.

In this role, you will develop, lead, and measure CSR programs aligned with NVIDIA’s CSR Policy and the rules laid out by the government of India. You will guide employee committees in delivering programs focused on meaningful employee giving and volunteerism that meet the interests of employees and needs of the local communities.

As a member of the larger NVIDIA Foundation team, you will also be the local ambassador for the Foundation, providing support to India-based employees and driving new and innovative ways to increase participation in the Foundation’s employee engagement efforts.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving CSR strategy, grantmaking, and compliance for NVIDIA’s annual CSR investments in India.
  • Evaluating non-governmental organization proposals, developing the Annual Action Plan, and communicating recommendations to senior leadership to secure approvals.
  • Building and leading positive relationships with our CSR agency and funded NGOs to ensure maximum impact of our investments.
  • Preparing and maintaining required documentation to ensure compliance with the CSR provisions in the Companies Act.
  • Coordinating and distributing regular progress and assessment reports and budget utilization updates for management and board reporting.
  • Working with our agency and CSR Committee to monitor changing regulations and understand their impact on our CSR initiatives.
  • Crafting impact stories for internal and external audiences to be shared through intranet, corporate website, and global CSR report, in partnership with the CSR and internal and corporate communications teams.
  • Developing effective internal communications to build awareness for and increase engagement in local charitable activities.
  • Tracking employee engagement data, analyzing results, and providing insightful recommendations for improvement.
  • Delivering excellent, timely support to employees and partners.

What We Need To See

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of professional experience in CSR and employee engagement.
  • A passion for creating a positive impact in the community.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the CSR provisions in the Companies Act, CSR practices, and national social and environmental issues.
  • Experience in grantmaking and handling relationships with NGOs.
  • Track record leading cross-functional projects and initiatives, with a consistent track record of reliability and timely completion of work.
  • Ability to execute with the highest levels of organization, accuracy, attention to detail, problem solving, and follow-through.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Results-oriented self-starter, with outstanding written and verbal communications, excellent analytical and project management skills, and continuous aim for excellence and improvement.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Drive.
