Samya Development Resources Private Limited (SAMYA) is a company registered under the Indian Companies Act 2013. Incorporated on 26th October 2021, SAMYA is a for-profit organisation established to provide consulting, technical advisory, project implementation support and other types of services in the field of social and human development, with a particular focus on the field of women empowerment and/or gender inclusiveness. SAMYA also undertakes research, monitoring and evaluation, capacity building training including leadership development and/or communication and media dissemination services and activities.

SAMYA seeks to hire the services of a Finance professional to provide consultancy services. SAMYA has been retained by the International Rescue Committee (“IRC”) to provide technical and management consultancy services to one of its projects “What Works to Prevent Violence – Impact at Scale II”

The Consultancy shall be premised on the following:

A maximum engagement of 36 days starting from 1 June 2023 till 31 March 2024

Tasks will include:

• Assisting SAMYA with contract compliance towards IRC
• Assist and advice SAMYA on issues related to policies to be implemented towards meeting SAMYA’s obligations to IRC

Minimum qualifications required:

• Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 3 years experience
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
• Good English language skills, written and spoken.
