Safar , is an initiative, partnered with Top Trove Foundation.

It is a visionary program dedicated to empowering and supporting orphanages in India. Through our virtual platform, powered by volunteers and interns from across the country, we provide orphanages with the tools and guidance they need to thrive in the digital age.

Our mission is to transform orphanages by providing them with access to funding, volunteers, and resources, while also offering career guidance, mentorship, and skill development opportunities to the children under their care.

Responsibilities:

1. Filling positions with an organisation.

2. Developing own network of suitable candidates.

3. Interviewing candidates.

4. Working with the organisation to develop a recruitment plan.

5. Source potential candidates from various online networks.

6. Be active with online job boards, social media networks and platforms to find qualified candidates for open positions.

Skills required:
1. Strong analytical and organisational skills.
2. Strong oral and written communication skills.
3. Understanding of referral programs.
