Saahas is a non-profit organization working in the field of waste management. At Saahas, we believe that when waste is managed at source, it becomes a resource. Since 2001, we have been helping build communities across rural and urban India that manage their waste at source by reducing, reusing and recycling their waste and achieving 90% resource recovery.
Summary
The HR & Admin Executive shall execute tasks related to all human resource development needs of the organization.
Location: Bangalore/Gurugram
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Work related to HR and Office Administration
1. Employee joining and relieving formalities: Executing the employee onboarding process, Executing the employee relieving process
2. Employee Appraisals: Executing the appraisal process for all employees, issuing promotion and hike letters
3. Attendance and employee database: Use HR tool to track employee attendance and maintain employee records
4. Training: Arrange trainings, maintain and track training calendar for employees
5. Registering new joinees to meet PF, ESI and statutory requirements.
6. Coordinating for ID cards, visiting cards, HR tool updates, email ID creation.
7. General office administration related activities
Working Conditions
1. Accounts Executive shall work a standard work week (6 days a week with 2 Saturdays off in a month) and may be required to work some evenings and weekends depending on the organization needs.
2. Workhours shall be 9.30am to 6pm on weekdays and 9.30am to 4pm on Saturdays.
Qualifications
Graduate or Post Graduate, preferably with a degree in HR
Experience
3 to 5 years of work experience in HRD.
