Right To Live is a fast-growing NGO, based in Bangalore, and serving the underprivileged in the areas of Education, Digital inclusion, and Health services. We are a collaborative social platform connecting the underprivileged, financial donors, service providers, volunteers, corporates, NGOs, and the government with the common vision of joining hands to change lives. We are working on several exciting projects in the areas of Education, a few of which are — setting up of Smart classrooms in Government schools; Computer Labs in Government PU colleges; Internet Wifi hotspots in rural schools; 1×1 mentoring of bright students; scholarships for higher education; and many more exciting projects. We work with a host of top Global companies who has trusted us for their CSR and Employee engagement programs for several years now. In the 9 years since inception, our projects have touched the lives of over 20,000 persons.
Role Overview:
To strengthen our team to meet the growing needs of our projects, we are urgently in need of young and enthusiastic individuals who wish to make a difference in society. The candidate must be passionate about serving society and be a go-getter to learn and adapt to the needs of our projects and our corporate partners. There are ample opportunities for the right candidates to grow up the ladder and take up leadership roles in the future.
Job Responsibilities:
• Support in designing projects to meet the needs of the target beneficiaries and partner’s CSR goals
• Assist in all stages of a project – proposal preparation, project execution, closure report preparation, or any activities required for the project
• Support in planning and execution of corporate events • Any other organization initiatives as decided by management
Education and other required qualifications/experience:
• Graduate in any discipline with a passion to work in the social sector
• Preferred 2 to 4 years experience in a social enterprise performing similar roles
• Talented Freshers, who have been involved in social sector projects in college, are also eligible to apply
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Knowledge of current technology, including good expertise in MS Word, Excel, and PPT
• Must be ready to travel within Bangalore or to the rural project sites on short notice
• Must be self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
Salary:
Will be commensurate with skills and experience, and in the range of 20,000 to 25,000 / month.
