Program Officer – Sustain Plus
Collectives for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives (CInI) an associate of Tata Trusts, along with Selco Foundation and Social Alpha have promoted Sustain Plus Energy Foundation (Sustain Plus). The core objective of Sustain Plus is to promote and scale up decentralised renewable energy solutions across India. It does this through understanding of critical energy gaps within existing value chains in Livelihood, Health and Education sectors. Sustain Plus is working closely with existing NGO partners, technology service providers and entities such as FPOs, action-research organisations, financial institutions and Government departments to help attain its objectives.
The role of a Program Officer needs a dynamic individual who would within one month able to understand the processes and jump into action.

Job Specification
You will be a good fit if you:
- have at least 2-3 years of project management experience in development sector
- are empathetic towards understanding needs of others
- can manage multiple different projects simultaneously
- have a keen interest in the area of renewable energy, climate change and its link to livelihood and quality of life of rural communities
- have good interpersonal skills
- are good in planning and organising
- can thrive in uncertain environments
- can prepare professional presentations and visualise data in spreadsheets
- are willing to travel in interior locations of Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Gujarat
