PRADAN plans to work with the GIZ India and MGNREGS to strengthen Community Nutrition Gardens (CNGs) across different districts of Madhya Pradesh. PRADAN invites applications for the following position starting from September 2023.

Job Description,

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support about 200-300 Community Nutrition Gardens (CNGs) in a cluster of 5-6 districts.
• Work with CLFs, SHGs and provide hand-hold support to implementation of CNGs.
• Design, run and organize capacity building events with MGNREGS and MPSRLM staff.
• 50% of the time may go in travel to   assigned Districts for field visit.
• Monitoring of CNGs & Prepare project reports on regular basis, Documentation with case stories, success stories, training reports.

Education Qualification

• Masters in relevant subject (agriculture, horticulture and nutrition, social work)
• Minimum 2 years of experience of similar work profile

• Expertise in agriculture/ Nutrition.
• MS office Documentation
• Expertise in Stakeholder management

The consolidated salary range is between INR 50,000 to 70,000 and is negotiable depending on experience and the last drawn salary.
