Requirements

1. 3-6 years (for Program Leader) & 6+ – 10 years ( for Program Manager) in evaluating Software requirement and delivering solutions for complex business problems

2. Education & qualification required: MCA/BCA/B Tech

3. Software Development experience & Lean Six Sigma Certification will be added advantage

4. Must have experience working in Government System Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Define and document all use cases, end to end Process flows and business requirement in a timely manner
• Write test scripts for tracking Business requirement end to end from BRD to UAT and creating Visual Wire Frames
• Discover the meaning of data, define data relationships, connect data to gain insights
• Understand the complex relationships & trends in the data using statical techniques & identify meaningful insights from it
• Communicate & Engage the team members and stake holders with visual representations of system, process, data relationship and help different groups arrived at shared understanding of requirements
