Project Overview:
With Asian Development Bank (ADB) assisted Odisha Skills Development Project (OSDP), the MSOP component in 2 years aims to train 10,000 youth in self-employment and set up 1,000 micro-businesses across the state with 25% representation from individual women.
Role Overview:
Project Consultant acts as a single point of contact (SPOC) assisting the key project leader i.e., Project Director (PD) and Team Leader (TL) in program delivery through the specified timelines. The position is expected to be a multi-tasker, quick learner in program management principles. As a key contact the specialist interfaces with internal, external stakeholders and the client and drives the relationship.
