1. MIS Executive – Operations

The MIS Executive also assists in streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency through the effective use of data and information.

What you’ll do:

  • Gather, compile, and verify data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies and impactfully present the same through impactful presentations and visualizations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency through routine data cleansing and validation procedures.
  • Customize reports as per the requirements of different departments and management levels.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to identify areas for process improvement and optimization based on data analysis.
  • Provide recommendations for enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Train the operations team members with regard to data management practices from time to time.
  • Explore opportunities for automating data collection and reporting processes.

What you’ll need:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel (Preferably Advanced Excel) and PowerPoint.

2. Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking to identify potential candidates.
  • Assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organization.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, reference checks, and skills assessments.
  • Partner with department heads to understand their staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.

3. HR Associate

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, personnel files, and HR-related documentation.
  • Oversee payroll processing, including attendance, leaves, and deductions, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain compliance with all statutory requirements, such as PF, ESI, and other local regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with managers and department heads to address performance issues and enhance employee productivity.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, programs, and events.

This critical role demands exceptional administrative and interpersonal skills and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks to ensure the Founder’s effectiveness and the smooth operation of the founder’s office.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the Founders’ calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare, draft and edit documents, reports, presentations, MIS for stakeholders, MOM(Minutes of meeting), etc.
  • Handle phone calls and correspondence on behalf of the Founders.
  • Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Ensure all travel arrangements align with the Founders’ preferences and business needs.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and matters related to the Founder and the organization.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between the Founders and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft and respond to emails and communications on behalf of the Founders.
