1. Lead- Program Management & Operations- SMF Core

About the position
As the Lead Program Manager and Operations, you will play a critical role in driving the successful planning, execution, and management of various projects and initiatives of CFAD with the partner organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing the program management function and ensuring seamless operations to support the achievement of goals and objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, the ability to manage complex projects, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
What you will do:
Lead and oversee the end-to-end management of multiple projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered within scope, on time, and within budget.
Develop and implement project management methodologies, best practices, and tools to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Establish clear project goals, performance metrics, and key success criteria, regularly monitoring and reporting progress to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

2. Manager- Learning & Development & HR- CMYC

The Government of Meghalaya, in partnership with Sauramandala Foundation and Project DEFY, has established 22 rural SDL (Self directed learning) centres for youth, called the Chief Minister’s Youth Center with an aim to build resilience, sustainability, and problem solving skills in the next generation of the community. The youth centres are also to be established to bridge the digital divide with the
help of innovation and entrepreneurship skills by providing access to the internet along with open learning opportunities. The main features of the centre is a Nook (SDL space), a library and a sports program. The learning is open to all ages to have more involvement from the community.
About the Role:
The Community Engagement Lead is critical in developing and maintaining positive relationships between an organisation and its key stakeholders. This position focuses on understanding community needs, fostering engagement, and implementing initiatives that promote co creation, collaboration and social impact. The community lead will play a pivotal role in organising and coordinating community activities, events, and programs to engage & strengthen the community. The focus will be on creating opportunities for community members to come together, fostering social connections & promoting a sense of belonging. They must work closely with internal teams, community members, stakeholders, and partners to achieve the organisation’s mission and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Mapping the Need: Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and develop appropriate learning solutions.
Design & Deliver: Design and develop training programs, courses, and materials using various instructional design methodologies. Conduct training sessions through in-person workshops, virtual classrooms, e-learning platforms, and other formats.
Training: Provide guidance to managers on individual employee development plans. Support capacity building initiatives and succession planning.
Collaborate: Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure there is consistent learning as per the need & gaps identified
Monitor and evaluate: Develop tools and methods to map the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback and making improvements as necessary.
People Management: Maintain and manage the leave policy, planning and ensure compliance with the organizations policies. Handle grievances, investigations and disciplinary actions and lead initiatives related to employee wellness.
Culture & Ethos: Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity. Create engagement programs and interventions to boost the employee moral from time to time. Co-create initiatives in alignment with the program team and the Ops team on field.
Budget & Planning: Develop a comprehensive training plan with budgets and resources required.

Your role will involve creating a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing to enhance productivity, efficiency, and innovation. You will collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure that knowledge assets are effectively managed and accessible to all relevant parties and also bring in new strategies to capture tacit knowledge generated over time.
What will you do as the Lead- Knowledge Management & Learning?
Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy aligned with the organisation’s goals and objectives.
Identify and establish knowledge sharing platforms, tools, and methodologies to facilitate seamless knowledge transfer and collaboration.

Provide reports to the fellowship team as instructed,
Attend review workshops/ team meetings and brainstorming sessions as and when communicated by the fellowship team
Share insights and reports with government line departments as needed,
Provide communication collaterals like case stories/ photographs & footage from the field as asked by the fellowship team,
Support the fellowship team in arranging for field visits of funders/ project partners or other relevant stakeholders as communicated to.
Eligibility
The following are the minimum eligibility criteria for the position:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree and public health experience is an added bonus.
Proven experience in knowledge management, organisational learning, or a related field.
Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities to lead and motivate teams towards a common vision.

Providing strategic inputs from data collected on strengthening programs and organisation
Conduct field visits regularly to monitor progress and data collection.

Review donor reports to ensure high-quality reports are submitted timely.
Organise and conduct training on M&E for the team.

Eligibility:
Experience in engaging with culturally diverse audiences
4+ years of experience in M&E position responsible for design and implementation of M&E activities.
Experience in the development sector in North East India with a social work education background.
Experience of having worked on the field is desirable.

Should have experience in writing comprehensive reports on programs implemented
