Location: Noida

Reports to: Head – Skilling

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Work towards grooming personality and improving communication skills of candidates in a Classroom session.
Conduct Life Skills & softs kills training sessions for candidates following a structured curriculum.
Devise innovative methodologies to deliver such trainings in classroom.
Holding weekly sessions for enhancing listening, writing, speaking and reading skills of candidates.
Prepare session plans to deliver the training using appropriate methodology and materials.
Provide inputs for content alignment to market/employer needs.
Grooming the trainees for job readiness, facing the interview.

Key Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in conducting softskills and life skillstraining

2. AI Trainer

Location: Noida

Reports to: Head – Skilling

Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable AI Course Trainer to provide comprehensive training and guidance to students interested in the field of artificial intelligence. As an AI Course Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational content through
course conduction, fostering a dynamic learning environment, and supporting students in their AI education journey.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development:

Support in Developing and update course content and materials for various levels of AI courses.
Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and technologies to ensure the curriculu remains relevant.

2. Instruction:

Deliver engaging and effective AI training sessions, both in-person and online, to students of varying backgrounds and skill levels.
Provide clear explanations, demonstrations, and real-world examples to help students grasp AI concepts.

3. Student Support:

Offer one-on-one or group mentoring and support to help students with their coursework, projects, and assignments.

7. Administrative Tasks:

7. Administrative Tasks:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (AI, computer science, data science, etc.). A master’s or Ph.D. is a plus.
Strong understanding of AI concepts, machine learning, deep learning, and related technologies.
Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python, Tensor Flow, and Py Torch.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Patient, approachable, and passionate about educating and mentoring students.

Overview & Key Responsibilities:

Nasscom Foundation’s ‘Skills and Employability’ Initiative works to bridge the skilling gap in India towards its goals of social transformation and impact through technology. The Foundation works closely with the IT Sector Skills Council – Nasscom SSC. The Foundation helps the donor organizations finalize various aspects of the Skill-based CSR intervention. These include skill-need discovery and identifying gaps with women entrepreneurs that can be addressed with tech-based upskilling, course curriculum and the region of intervention. We work with training partners to plan and execute employment linked skill training, upskilling for youth, women, PWD’s, marginalized communities, unemployed graduates, colleges with special focus on aspirational districts/ Tier 2 & 3 cities across states.
Over a decade of our existence we have touched more than one million lives through our efforts towards providing digital literacy, skills for livelihood, supporting Persons with disabilities, empowering Non-profits with technology and engaging in volunteerism. The Foundation has a strong focus to nurture entrepreneurship ecosystem in order to provide sustainable economic growth especially involving women, youth and people with disabilities. 4. Assistant Manager WEP (Women Entrepreneurship Programme)

Manage and be part of large-scale entrepreneurship /CSR projects.
Work with state teams and local partners/NGO’s to implement scalable entrepreneurship strategiesfor testing locally appropriate and innovative projects.

Updated on relevant technology initiatives/components/tools adding value to the entrepreneurship ecosystem with experience in related project implementation.
Knowledge in project monitoring & evaluation (M&E), project-implementation-plan (PIP), impact evaluation and ToC framework and ability to apply the same.
Updated on emerging technologies and can provide need based technical assistance to stakeholders across assigned entrepreneur projects of NF.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (fluency in Hindi is desirable)
Experience of managing Stakeholder/government relationship would be an added advantage.
Demonstrated expertise in sectoral writing-for-sharing, knowledge curation and dissemination would be an added advantage.

Qualification and Experience:

6. Business Mentor

Program: Social Innovation For Youth

The Social Innovation for Youth aims at establishing virtual makerspaces in various partner universities across Delhi-NCR region for students to learn emerging technologies and work on their start-up ideas to build an MVP and take it to market by the end of the program. The best ideas get seed funding and a chance to get incubated. The program offers opportunities for students to experience the journey of idea to incubation with support and guidance from in-house mentors and industry experts. The program is in the third year of its existence and has created 11 high potential start-ups.

Executing a robust MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning) system and holding accountability of its implementation through the project teams

The objective of our project is to create a skilled workforce and provide livelihood opportunities for marginalized candidates We will achieve this by imparting relevant skills through training, assessment, and certification. Our focus will be on placement-linked advanced computing courses, including Full Stack JAVA, Python, Data Analysis, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, or other market-demand technical courses. Through this project, we aim to uplift marginalized individuals by equipping them with the necessary skills for a sustainable livelihood.

Undertake the role of actively engaging with the target audience.
Establish and maintain strong connections with colleges to enable Maximum enrolments per region.
Engage with colleges and facilitate agreements with nasscom foundation to ensure smooth collaboration.
Finalize suitable college premises to conduct the training sessions effectively.
Pre-screen selected candidates based on the defined beneficiary criteria.
Provide pre-training counselling and career guidance to candidates and their parents, ensuring they understand the benefits and opportunities provided by the project.
Conduct baseline assessments of candidates to evaluate their currentskill levels.
Prepare and share the final list of candidates, along with all necessary supporting documents.
To facilitate and oversee the entire training of the project. Engaging with the beneficiaries, hand holding and supporting them till the completion of training.
Play a vital and influential role throughout the entire project, from its inception to completion, ensuring the successful implementation of initiatives and meeting project objectives.
