Roles and Responsibilities

1. Stakeholder Management:

  • Navigate through various government departments and foster effective stakeholder relationships.

About the role 

The M&E Lead role is aimed at developing impact strategy for the organization/programs, designing M&E frameworks, learning from research, and helping organizations with their data needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Arrive at the Organization’s impact measurement strategy collaborating with the core leadership team.
  • Proactively build evidence in Mantra’s programs/interventions by supporting with data wherever required and developing robust structures to document the impact.
  • Engaging with the research and design team to design a monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework for the programs.
  • Design, collaborate, and plan for data collection with the field teams or organizations.
  • Design and package the M&E templates and resources to be disseminated with the solution packages.
  • Plan and partner with organizations for impact analyses, data collection & research, etc.

About the role

We are looking for a Lead to join our Communications Team and help build the presence of Mantra4Change across channels and forums. In this position, you will play a key role in promoting our organization through engaging social media activities, visual communication (video blogs, and infographics), and media engagements.

Roles and Responsibilities 

Content Creation:

  • Create engaging and informative content for Mantra4Change’s various communication channels, including but not limited to social media, website, newsletters, blogs, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and generate content ideas that align with our organization’s goals and target audience.
  • Collaborate with the design lead to create visually appealing content that complements written materials.

Website Management:

Mantra4Change has been onboarded by the ST & SC Development, Minorities & Backward Classes Welfare Department, Odisha to enable education transformation in the schools and hostels run by the department. As a PMU (Project Management Unit) lead, Mantra will oversee major educational programs and activities envisioned by the department. As a Program Lead in the Education Reforms Team, you will own mini-projects within the overall program. You’ll be in the company of other such other leads whose projects together define the scope of the state education reforms program. While receiving requisite guidance and support from the program leadership, you’ll drive the mission of enabling the relevant stakeholders to lead continuous and sustainable improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Leading and co-creating the journey of education change through programs with the government.
  • Research and develop tools to identify the needs of the education system

About the role

The Design and Research Lead role is aimed at understanding the grass-root challenges, learning from research, and designing innovative solutions for stakeholders. This role is most suited for those exploring opportunities in doing primary and/or secondary research and in leading program design.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Research and develop tools to identify needs of schools and teachers, Education leaders
  • Evaluate underlying causes for gaps in implementation, collaborate to respond effectively and contribute to customizing program

About the role

As a Program Lead, you will be responsible for driving the mission of enabling the education ecosystem to lead continuous and sustainable improvements by providing support to a designated group of educational government functionaries at district and block levels in selected districts of Kalaburagi division. The Program Lead will also be actively engaged in designing and innovating programs along with the government.

About the role

As a Program Lead, you will be responsible for supporting a group of government education officials to help improve the education system continuously and sustainably. You will also work closely with the government to design and develop new programs. Our work with the Karnataka State Education Department includes two main initiatives: 1) A state-level project to promote educational leadership, and 2) Model school programs like PM SHRI and Samatva.

  • Develop program collaterals, including reports, presentations, and resource materials, tailored for stakeholders.
