Birla Open Minds is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager – Accounts to oversee all aspects of the accounting department, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, taxation, and regulatory compliances. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including supervision of accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and payments.
Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
Expertise in implementation of ERP, IT controls and software, across functional departments.
