1. Head – Human Resources
Desired Skill Sets:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals, identify staffing and recruiting needs and develop and execute best strategy for hiring and talent management for Kakatiya Sandbox.
- Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support Kakatiya Sandbox’s human
resource compliance and strategy needs.
- Oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes
and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and
development for Kakatiya Sandbox’s employees.
- Create and facilitate organizational culture and ensure employees understand and follow the culture in letter and spirit.
- Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for
HR staff.
- Coordinate with our other offices in Karnataka and Telangana to ensure compliance and process consistently .
- Develop HR financial strategy by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
- Analyze attrition data and develop strategies to manage and reduce the attrition, and create a system to map attrition.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of employees of Kakatiya Sandbox in terms of data updates, HRMS, policies, tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure 100% clearance of HR audit compliance for Kakatiya Sandbox and maintain the required documentation for monthly/quarterly/annual audits.
- To support CEO of Kakatiya Sandbox in designing of KRAs, performance, appraisals / management of senior leaders, key staff ; and ensuring regular
performance evaluations, appraisals, rewards and recognitions across the
organization.
2. Manager – Finance & Accounts
K-Hub: K-Hub is Telangana’s first Rural Innovation Hub, an initiative of Kakatiya Sandbox, Deshpande Foundation. The site spans 4.08 acres (66000 sq. ft) and will have a Makers lab, Agri lab, Incubation center, etc. This would facilitate running our programs effectively and efficiently such that K-Hub not only helps us in achieving our mission but also, becomes a one-stop center for Rural Innovations in Telangana. Job Specifications:
Designation: Manager – Finance & Accounts
Qualification: CA Intermediate/B.Com & MBA Finance
Required Experience: 7-8 years of relevant experience
Reporting: CEO, Kakatiya Sandbox, and General Manager F&A
Remuneration: Competitive and commensurate with relevant work experience.
Joining: Immediate.
Desired Skill-Sets:
- Should have strong attention to detail.
- Need to have a strong understanding of quantitative & qualitative data.
- Should have a strong working knowledge of Generally Accepted
- Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Ability to manage multiple projects within tight timelines and with limited supervision.
- Strong data analytical skills, and acumen for Business Finance and Forecasting.
- Excellent decision-making & negotiation skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the entire auditing process of Kakatiya Sandbox.
- Should be able to do budgeting and MIS work of Kakatiya Sandbox.
- To forecast, prepare, review, and analyze quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly budget.

- Ensure effective flow of business processes, administration, and financial management. and scaling of the impact units of Kakatiya Sandbox.
3. Senior Manager/Manager – Operations

Designation: Senior Manager/ Manager – Operations
Qualification: Postgraduate/Graduate in any field. Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply chain Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
Required Experience: 08-15 years of relevant experience in Operations Management/General Management role

- To work with the CEO to carry out strategic and tactical assignments related to the operational management of Kakatiya Sandbox.
- To work with other senior leaders of Kakatiya & Hubli Sandbox to execute the operational requirements of different programs and initiatives of Kakatiya Sandbox.
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives and help the organization’s processes remain legally/financially compliant
- To lead an existing small and inspired operations team at Kakatiya Sandbox, and oversee their growth, learning, and performance.
- Lead procurement of materials, manage inventory, oversee warehouse/guest-house/machinery/infrastructure facilities of the organization
- Management of all the events taking place in the organization
- Manage contracts, agreements, and relations with contractors, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders
- To lead the logistics and the hospitality team at Kakatiya Sandbox
- Evaluate regularly the efficiency of the organization’s procedures according to organizational objectives and suggest, and execute improvements
