The Associate Director, Insights and Analytics plays a crucial role in driving our business forward by working closely with the CCO leadership and other global senior stakeholder groups such as the Investor Relations Team, Communications, ESG or Public Affairs. Also, leading overarching I&A initiatives will be part of this role. This is an individual contributory role that will be responsible for providing actionable insights based on data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Generate strategic insights based on best-in-class analysis and provide recommendations to enable Sandoz senior leadership to make informed decisions
  • Provide quick turnaround to critical, diverse and unstructured business questions through effective planning and prioritization
  • Proactively identify & define business problem, and design effective solutions to address through data, analytics, and research
  • Analyze and interpret multiple complex data sets, derive meaningful insights and prepare clear, succinct, executive presentations
  • Proactively engage with and effectively manage expectations of senior stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed

What you’ll bring to the role:

Essential Requirements:

  • Wide range of Analytics/Consultative Skillsets and experience spanning across different disciplines and therapeutic areas
  • Strong analytics and project management skills, especially with critical and time-sensitive deliverables
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and senior stakeholders simultaneously, and effectively prioritize to meet critical deadline
  • Ability to connect projects with organizational / business priorities
  • Strong expertise and experience working with secondary data, analytics, research, and dashboarding & reporting approach
  • Strong presentation skills, with ability to simplify complex concepts visually via PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry, generics market and industry trends
