Educational Qualification:- B.E./ B.Tech/MCA + MBA or M.Tech with a graduation in any discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 05 years
- Experience in Project Management/Software Project Management/ Enterprise wide system integration/Process improvement engagements
- Experience in government set up in Project Management or Software Project Management/executing Business Process Reengineering exercise for Government Quasi/ Government / Public Sector undertakings will be preferred
- Experience in regulatory is a plus
- Expert in various procurement model
- Day to day program management and issue tracking

Job Profile:-
- Provide support to Central and State Government Schemes for Aadhaar Enabled Applications (AEA) and perform functions including
- Monitor implementation of Enrollment process
- Provides technical support to users for both enrolment & authentication process
- Able to comprehend Act and Regulations related matters.
- Responsible for providing training to different users on authentication & enrolment process.
- Facilitate conceptualization and define areas of Aadhaar usage jointly with target Ministries/State Governments and to identify application solutions and necessary linkages
- Provide consulting support in design and development of applications and Support implementation of applications.
- Enable creation of support, infrastructure/platforms for AEA
- Provide handholding support to the various organizations in implementation of AEA
- Define strategy and design institutional framework for AEA
- Overall project monitoring for all related projects under the Regional Office
- Engaging of consultants who advise the Registrars / Other Departments on integration of systems
- Ensure standardization of the data elements, collation and correlation of the databases, collection of additional data fields
- Seeding the databases with Aadhaar numbers
- Engage software agencies that will carry out the software changes, migration of the databases into the modified database structures etc.
