Graduate/MBA with passion for community service.

Experience
Minimum 8 to 10 years relevant experience

Job Responsibilities
To be responsible for creating and implementing the CSR activities of the Company in accordance with Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013 and CSR Policy of the Company.

Ø  To identify projects aligned with the CSR Policy of the Company and to ensure effective and timely implementation of CSR programmes aligned with sanctioned  objectives.

Ø  To identify and coordinate with NGOs, institutions, etc. including due diligence and ability to implement CSR projects with desired outcomes.

Ø  To ensure budget is adhered and necessary documentation for payments, utilsation and settlement of sanctioned projects.

Ø  To ensure appropriate CSR reporting and disclosures including drafting of CSR Agenda, CSR minutes, CSR contents of Annual Report,  upgrading CSR website, etc.

Ø  To encourage employee engagement and employee volunteerism in CSR activities of the Company.

Ø  To posses good organizational skills and to maintain an ongoing relationship with the NGOs/institutions, etc.
