About Human Resources Solutions Team

HR Solutions (India) is an integral part of the Firm’s Human Resources division providing fundamental operational support across all areas of Human Resources on a global basis.

The main objective for this function is to play a lead role in driving thoughtful process and automation solutions that drive efficiency, reduce the cost of operations, and mitigate operational risk across the Talent domain globally. The scope of these solutions includes continuous improvement and/or troubleshooting for processes already in place as well as designing new processes. This function is also responsible for business as usual activities and to support Firm’s Performance and Learning Management system and downstream applications.

Human Resources Solutions Analyst Program

The Full-time Analyst program provides an opportunity to explore the multiple areas within Human Resources Solutions India team such as Talent and Compliance Operations, Human Resources Coverage Operations, Learning and Development, and Compensation. Placements are based on analyst’s skill set, interview feedback and current business needs.

Qualifications/Skills/Requirements

• Students in final year of Bachelor’s program.
• Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills.
• Microsoft Office skills in Excel, Power Point, Projects, etc.
•  Ability to build trusting relationships and interact/negotiate with HR partners.
• Team player who enjoys high volume, fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment, handle sensitive information and thorough attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Exhibit a strong sense of urgency, accountability and, ownership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Interview Process

Shortlisted students from the online test will be required to be available for virtual interviews with Morgan Stanley. Students will be further shortlisted based on technical rounds of interview before we make the final offer.
