About the Role

Job Type: Full-Time

Work days: Monday to Saturday

Remuneration: 30k to 35k CTC monthly (based on qualification and experience)

We are searching for an Early Childhood Care and Education Lead to join our ranks and continue our tradition of success. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build curriculum and school intervention practices. You will have a strong understanding of pedagogy and child development-related theories and practices, and an ability to combine theory and practice for on-ground execution. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to optimize the organization’s productivity by building and nurturing the foundations of ECCE and bringing it to life through our programs at Moinee Foundation

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand the objectives of ECCE in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP)
• Develop ECCE curriculum for Aanganwadis and CLCs through extensive research and field study
• Train the ECCE coordinators on the curriculum and pedagogy
• Help the coordinators during the intervention
• Pilot the curriculums and make changes according to inputs and learnings
• Oversee the execution of the pilots of the ECCE curriculum

Skills and Competencies Expected

• 1+ years in curriculum development (preference will be given to candidates with experience in ECCE material development)
• Proven research and development experience in the domain of education
• Critical, creative, and practical thinker
• Working knowledge of various pedagogies, theories, and practices related to early childhood development

Skills and Competencies Preferred

• Master’s degree in Education or relevant experience in a related field
• Previous Curriculum development and research skills
