Essential Skills:

  • The responsibilities include updating various trackers such as HRIS, Recruitment Tracker, and HRMS.
  • Additionally, managing the leave management system and maintaining records for employees in accordance with country-specific leave policies is a crucial aspect of the role.   • Furthermore, overseeing the annual campus recruitment exercise is part of the responsibilities.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Recruitment, search, and selection for approved or deemed important positions following established processes and organizational requirements.
  • Job postings on MSC and other relevant websites, utilising social media with the Assistant General Manager’s collaboration.
  • Collaboration with nominated Search Firms, if applicable, to procure relevant profiles and identify new vendors.
  • Shortlisting, screening, and reference checks, including administration of written tests and organization of personal interviews.
  • Handling candidate queries related to advertised positions within 2 days.
  • Liaison with domain/department heads and HR team to complete tasks within agreed timelines.
  • Payment handling for third-party vendors/consultants processed via the finance team.
  • Oversight of the annual campus recruitment exercise, including liaison with domains, connecting with institutes, facilitating shortlisting, and managing interns’ onboarding and stipend processing.
  • Organization and coordination of guest lectures/leadership talks at campuses.

Management Information Systems:

  • Updating trackers like HRIS, Recruitment Tracker, and HRMS.
  • Maintaining leave management system and records according to country-specific leave policy.
  • Highlighting HR action points in a report, including total headcount, contract renewals, insurance changes, probation confirmations, domain/base transfers, and upcoming exits.
  • Assisting in the timely preparation of quarterly dashboards.
  • Employee file management.

Systems and Process:

On-boarding:

  • Adherence to proper joining processes.
  • Welcome call/email to new joiners.
  • Joining intimation to all stakeholders (email ID creation, welcome kit).
  • Coordinating travel and stay arrangements with Admin on a need basis.
  • Liaising with Admin to ensure procurement of business cards and ID cards.
  • Inclusion of new joiners in the insurance policy.

Probation Management:

  • Ensuring eligible employees undergo probation confirmation process.
  • Ensuring reporting managers fulfil evaluation forms.
  • Issuing confirmation letters.
  • Handling probation extension cases and informing HR SPOC for next steps.

Employee Queries:

  • Addressing and resolving employee queries.

Issuance of Letters:

  • NOC for verification/visa/association purposes.
  • Base and domain transfer letters.
  • Increment and promotion letters.
  • Relieving and experience letters.

Exit Process:

  • Timely informing concerned departments about exits.
  • Arranging and blocking calendars for exit interviews.
  • Managing exclusion from the insurance policy.
  • Ensuring timely completion of “No Dues” clearance process.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources (HR)
  • Masters degree or an equivalent qualification
